Lynne Lombard provides health care consulting services to various elected officials, and policy developers. She was a Columnist for The Colorado Stateman, a Colorado based weekly newspaper for political insiders, and a Disability Policy Analyst in the Department of Human Services for the State of Colorado.
Lynne was born in Denver, CO. Always a strong student, she excelled at Manual High School, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Metro State University of Denver. After receiving her degree, she became an instrumental part of Denver City Councilwoman Carla Madison’s staff as her City Council Aide.
Following her tenure in city council, Lynne decided to refocus her career on healthcare policy by becoming a consultant for Emerson Hamilton Consulting and Strategies while earning her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Healthcare and Pubic Administration from Regis University. She finished her degree with honors.
Upon graduation, Lynne received an offer to work in the Department of Health Care Policy and Finance for the State of Colorado as the Project Management Assistant for the Adult Dental Benefit Collaborative and numerous other projects. She excelled in this position and was offered to transfer to Human Services in less than a year, to the position she currently holds.
Lynne has served as a member of many organizations such as The Alzheimer’s Association, The Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Awards Committee, Metropolitan State University of Denver Alumni Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, Society for Human Resource Management, and the National Association of Executive Women.
Lynne is mother. She is skilled in speaking Spanish and enjoys classical dance, music, and planning special family events.
